    Helping our team members reach their goals

    In 2005 we founded Crelogix University as an umbrella program to enhance the ongoing professional development and learning of our team members. Under it (Crelogix University), we regularly sponsor workshops and training courses to provide specific competency development for all levels of the team. This can range from SPIN® 2.0 training for our sales, marketing and business development professionals, to our LEAN White Belt training for our operations and shared services professionals.

    Our management and leadership teams continue their learning through advanced workshops, seminars and week-long training programs including but not limited to SPIN® 2.0 coaching to LEAN Yellow Belt and Green Belt and other leadership seminars. Our mentors and trainers consist of experienced senior team members who have retired from full time active service and who share their deep industry domain experience helping you grow and succeed in your area of expertise.

    A portion of courses offered outside of Crelogix are also often eligible for cost sharing arrangements, as part of each team member’s ongoing competency development, succession and personal career development program.

    President’s Club

    Eligible team members who exceed their annual personal quotas are eligible for the President’s Club. As well as joining a select circle of winners, overachievers and their guests are invited to a week-long vacation at an exotic destination selected from the world’s best five-star accommodation offerings. The trip is an opportunity to receive five diamond service and bask in tropical sun while relaxing and enjoying the camaraderie of other President’s Club achievers.

    Recognition Programs

    Real-time team member recognition is our way of recognizing any outstanding contribution by a team member who demonstrates our values. Team member’s post their thanks or appreciation in real time, and these posts are gathered on a monthly basis from our intranet to help identify and celebrate the individuals who have received the most recognition for demonstrating our core values.

    Individuals and teams who best exemplify behaviour in alignment with our values are identified and celebrated every month and year with a financial reward.

    Ever wanted to be a CFO? Our Chief Fun Officers spearhead company sponsored social activities and extracurricular activities such as organizing teams for sporting events, charitable activities and social gatherings.
