The Department:

 The Accounting Department is responsible for ensuring the production of timely and accurate reporting to all appropriate stakeholders enabling them to make well-informed decisions.


The Position:

You will be able to carry out the following duties effectively and efficiently:

  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Post payments to customers’ accounts
  • Run credit card payments and postings
  • Pay vendors and suppliers on a daily basis
  • Post NSF payments
  • Download bank reports to collection software
  • Carry out other related duties as required
  • Perform GL reconciliations
  • Regularly meet month end financial reporting deadlines



$30,000-$40,000 based on experience

The Success Factors:

  • Accounting degree or diploma
  • Up to 1 year in a similar position is a bonus
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset but not required
  • Strong attention to detail is a must
  • Able to meet deadlines and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent task prioritization and organization skills
